o Oral
Long Presentations: 8 + 2 Minutesl
Time guidelines will have to be followed strictly. Please note after the allotted time the visual & audio will be cut off.


General Guidelines for Abstract Submission - Oral - General

o Only registered delegates can submit the abstracts

o Abstracts to be submitted on telemedicon2017@gmail.com (submission through hard copies are not allowed)

o Please attach your brief CV and photo

o All abstracts / full papers needs to be in English language only

o Abstracts should not be more than 250 words and should detail the following components


o Title
o Authors
o Objective
o Materials & Methods
o Discussion
o Results
o Conclusion

o Abstracts needs to be submitted in MS Word or PDF formats only, using the template provided on the website

o Abbreviations needs to be expanded

o Abstracts submitted by the TSI Members will be given priority

o Authors will be notified regarding acceptance of their papers by e-mail

o Ensure you select competition paper while submitting your abstracts, if you want to be considered for competition
o Abstracts to be submitted on email, telemedicon2017@gmail.com (submission through hard copies are not allowed)

Guidelines for Speakers (On the day of presentation)

o All presentations need to be submitted in the preview room 2 hours before the session. Failure to hand in presentations in time could result in presentations not being available for projection when required.

o Check your presentation in the preview room before hand to avoid any surprises during the presentation

o Use of laptops/pen drives directly in the hall is prohibited.

o Only PPT & PDF versions will be supported

o Use embedded pictures & videos; use of external files may not be supported.
